How can I change my listing type in the North Shore Mums Directory?

You first need to cancel your current plan, and then you need to renew your listing at the new rate.

Step 1: Cancel your plan in PayPal

• Login to PayPal
• Hover mouse over your account name (top right) and click Settings
• Click Payments
• Click Manage automatic payments
• Then locate North Shore Mums and cancel the auto-renewal payment.

1. Login to North Shore Mums website
2. In the menu below the primary header, hover over My Account, then select My Dashboard
3. Select Renew next to your listing;
4. Choose your preferred plan and update your listing; and
5. Set up the payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card).

Is it worth downgrading?

Our rates increased for the first time in over five years on 1 July 2021. If you subscribed before 30 June, you will be on the lower rates indefinitely. However, if you cancel your current plan and start a new one, you will be doing so at the new rates.

We therefore advise that you check what you are currently paying, and if it makes sense to change plan!

An annual plan works out much cheaper in the long run, so if you're looking to save money, it makes sense to switch to an annual plan.
