# How can I renew my listing in the Directory?

## Make sure you don't drop off the Directory by renewing your listing before it expires.

Most listings in the North Shore Mums Directory are on a monthly or annual auto-renewal plan, so they will automatically renew (unless you choose to cancel the plan).

You will receive several reminder emails if you’re not on an auto-renewal plan. These emails can sometimes end up in the ‘Spam’ folder, so adding ‘nsm@northshoremums.com.au’ should increase the chance of landing in your primary inbox.

#### **How to renew your listing in the Directory**

1. [Log in](https://www.northshoremums.com.au/memberlogin/)
2. Click on **My Account** \> **My Dashboard** (menu below main header section)
3. Click **Renew** next to your listing
4. Choose your new auto-renewal plan and update your listing
5. Set up the payment with PayPal or your credit or debit card
