Make sure you don't drop off the Directory by renewing your listing before it expires.
Most listings in the North Shore Mums Directory will be on a monthly or annual auto-renewal plan, so the listing will automatically renew (unless you choose to cancel the plan).
If you’re not on an auto-renewal plan, you will receive several reminder emails. These emails can sometimes end up in the ‘Spam’ folder, so adding ‘nsm@northshoremums.com.au’ should increase the chance of it landing in your inbox.
How to renew your listing in the Directory
- Login
- Click on My Account > My Dashboard (menu below main header section)
- Click Renew next to your listing
- Choose your new auto-renewal plan and update your listing
- Set up the payment with PayPal or your credit or debit card
