On the odd occasion, there can be technical glitches when submitting a business or event listing
First and foremost... sorry! How frustrating. If you're having issues submitting a listing to our Directory, What's On section or Job Board, we're sorry for the stress it may be causing you.
We want to help you out so you can get your listing live on our website ASAP!
Troubleshooting technical issues
To give you the best chance of success, please check the following points:
- Device: When submitting a listing, we highly recommend you do this from your computer or laptop, rather than a tablet or mobile phone. Although it's possible to submit through all methods, it's much quicker and easier to do it from a computer.
- Browser: We suggest you use one of the most popular website browsers, like Google Chrome or Safari.
- Caching: There can sometimes be a rare caching issue, so clear your cache and try again.
- Chrome > Clear Browsing Data
- Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Check 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'. Then, from the top menu, click Develop > Empty Caches (drop-down menu). More details.
