My new password hasn't been emailed to me

Let's troubleshoot that for you!

There can be a few of reasons why this happens:

  • Sometimes the new passwords arrive in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check those folders!
  • You may have originally registered with a different email address. Try other options. 
  • The new password gets gobbled up by cyberspace. If this is the case, simply Contact Us and we will manually reset your password.
