# My new password hasn't been emailed to me

## Let's troubleshoot that for you!

#### There can be a few of reasons why this happens:

- Sometimes the new passwords arrive in your **Spam or Junk folder.** Please check those folders!
- You may have originally registered with a **different email address**. Try other options. 
- The new password gets gobbled up by cyberspace. If this is the case, simply Contact Us and we will manually reset your password.
