How to cancel your listing
PayPal - You can cancel your listing immediately by following these instructions:
- Login to your PayPal account
- Click on ‘Profile’
- Click on ‘Financial Information’
- Click on ‘My pre-approved payments: Manage the automatic payments, subscriptions and instalment plan payments I send to merchants.’
Email - Send us an email requesting auto-renewal cancellation. Please allow two business days for this to be actioned.
No matter when you cancel your listing during the payment cycle, you will still get the full month or year remaining on your plan.
