# Help! I always miss Business Hour. How can I be reminded?

## We don't want you to miss out! There are several ways you can be reminded.

To ensure you don’t miss this opportunity for free promotion of your business, you can:

- [Subscribe to our email reminders](https://www.northshoremums.com.au/business-hour-reminders/). They are emailed at 4pm on the day of Business Hour.
- Set a recurring reminder in your phone (for the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month).
- Pop it in your calendar as a recurring event

#### What if I am busy during Business Hour?

- If you can’t post during the dedicated 8-9 p.m. time slot, **early posts are allowed from 4 p.m. on the day of Business Hour.**
- Please ensure these posts are titled **BUSINESS HOUR POST: \[INSERT COMPANY NAME\]** so it is clear to the moderators that they are early posts.
- The post will remain in the queue to be approved until 8pm when we start Business Hour.
